まめな掃除で清潔感キープ

今回は、琉球民家から読み取った風水のエッセンスを生かし、アロマやナチュラルハウスキーピングにより、快適な浴室空間にするための、具体的な方法についてお話します。

清らかな水の氣を

浴室は清浄な空間を保つのが困難で、風水でも最も注意しなければいけない環境の一つです。水の氣が強すぎます。過剰な水の氣を減らすには、1）水気を拭き取る、2）窓を開け、換気扇を回して湿気を外に出す、3）浴室乾燥機などで乾燥を促す。さらに、雑菌が繁殖しないよう、ゴミや汚れを取り除き、清らかな水の氣を感じる空間をつくりましょう。

沖縄は高温多湿でカビが生えやすく、水はミネラル分の多い硬水のため水垢がつきやすいという地域特性があります。カビや水垢は、こびり付いてしまうとなかなか取れず、ナチュラルハウスキーピングだけでは対応できません。頑固な汚れがある場合、市販のカビ取り剤を使用したり、掃除のプロに依頼するなど、一旦リセットしましょう。

清浄を保つために必要なことは、浴室使用後の、カビと水垢に対するこまめケアです。バスタブ内に残り湯があると、温度も湿気も高くなり、淀んだ水は悪い氣の発生源にもなります。最後の人が必ず流しましょう。せっけんカスなどはカビの増殖原因になるので、汚れを残さないよう温かいシャワーで流します。できるだけ水気を取り除くよう、最後にタオルで浴室内を拭きあげるのが理想です。しかし、毎日続けるには大変な作業ですので、蛇口などのステンレス周りだけでも水気を拭き取ると、水垢対策になります。換気扇は朝まで回し、湿気を外に出します。浴室乾燥機がある場合は、1~2時間使用するとカビの発生を大幅に抑えられます。

芳香浴でリラックス

沖縄ではバスタブに入らないという方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、一日の疲れを癒すバスタイムを楽しむのも、開運行動です。観葉植物や花、ヒーリング系などのゆったりとした音楽、天然アロマなどを活用し、五感で癒される空間づくりを。

バスタイムのアロマは、天然成分で作られた品質のよいシャンプーや石鹸などを使ったり、アロマキャンドルなどを使っての芳香浴を楽しみましょう。甘くてやわらかいイメージの香りは、リラックス効果が高いものが多いです。ラベンダー、ゼラニウム、カモミール、マンダリンなどのやさしい香りで、良い眠りに導いていきましょう。

アロマクリームクレンザー

床、壁、浴槽など、全てのお掃除に。

材料

液体石鹸（純せっけん）25ml
お好みの精油20滴
重曹100g
クエン酸水10ml（水10mlにクエン酸一つまみを溶かしたもの）

作り方

1. 液体石鹸に精油を入れ混ぜ合わせます
2. ボウルに重曹とアロマ入り液体石鹸をいれ、ホロホロとしたペースト状になるまで混ぜ合わせます
3. 最後にクエン酸水を入れ混ぜ、ホイップクリームのようにフワっとなったら出来上がり

使い方

バスタブや床、壁、蛇口など浴室全般のお掃除に使います。バスタブや蛇口などにはやわらかいスポンジで、床や壁、タイルの溝は、ブラシでこすります。磨いている間にアロマの香りが立ち上がり、気分良く掃除に取り組めるはず。浴室使用後のケアが毎回できていれば、アロマクリームクレンザーを使ったお掃除は1~2週間に１度程度。掃除道具は濡れたまま放置するとカビや悪臭を発生させます。見た目にも問題があるので、できるだけコンパクトなグッズを選び、乾燥させること意識して、浴室の外に保管します。

※精油は水と混ざりにくく、油と混ざりやすい性質があります。まず初めに水と油の両方と親和する石鹸やアルコールなどに精油を混ぜ合わせてから、水と混ぜ合わせましょう。

アロマクエン酸水スプレー

蛇口や排水口など水垢系のお掃除に。

材料

エタノール　10ml
お好みの精油40滴
水190ml
クエン酸　大さじ2

作り方

1. エタノールに精油を入れ混ぜ合わせます。
2. 190mlの水にクエン酸を入れ、混ぜ合わせます。
3. スプレー容器に、1と2を入れて、混ぜ合わせたら出来上がり

使い方

しつこい水垢には、クエン酸水をキッチンペーパーに含ませて、乾燥しないようにラップで覆い、数時間～一晩パックすると、汚れがゆるんで取れやすくなります。クエン酸は揮発しないので、汚れを落とした後は、水で洗い流しましょう。
