2019年は九星では、八白土星が中宮に入る年。五行では「土」の氣をもち、八卦では、「山」を表します。

中宮に入る九星の運氣により、その1年、どんな氣に勢いがあるかが決まります。

今年のメインカットは、私も家具を使わせていただいている、東京のアジアン家具のお店、a-flatさんにご協力いただきました。もう10年近く使わせていただいてるものもあります。

今年は、是非、山の氣を感じる山歩きがおすすめです。イメージカットは、大石林山の悟空岩。大石林山は、山歩きといっても比較的歩きやすく、登山の初心者の方でも大丈夫。バリアフリーコースもあります。

また、沖縄で初心者向けのトレッキングコースとしては、国頭村の比地大滝、うるま市の石川岳などがおすすめです。こちらは、トレッキングの装備をある程度準備してくださいね。お子様連れですと、恩納村の県民の森がおすすめです。3歳からトレッキングできます。

2019年は、山の氣を意識すると同時に、人生も高い山を目指しましょう。そのためには、目標設定が必要です。目標を設定するときは、頭で考えるのではなく、自分の内側と向かい合い、自然と浮かび上がってくる感情に目を向けてみましょう。写真は、ハワイにお住まいのナミ・バーデンさんより、ご協力いただきました。ちょうどコラムを書いているときに聞いていた音声セミナーで、ナミさんがゲストで登場し、お話しに共感しました。HPを見てみると、イメージぴったりの写真があり、ご協力をお願いしましたら、快くご承諾いただきました。

こちらは、本部町の海洋博記念公園にある、おきなわ郷土村の古民家です。美ら海水族館をご存知の方は多いかと思いますが、水族館のとなりに、おきなわ郷土村があります。

北部や離島の集落に行くと、誰も住んでいないであろう古民家が、老朽化している姿をよく見かけます。沖縄の美しい風景を次世代へつなぐことは、その財産を受け継ぐ、一人一人の意識の在り方次第です。活用できる選択肢は、いろいろとありますので、是非、一緒に考えていきましょう。
